A huge thank you to all of the children who produced such fantastic art work for this year’s art competition run by The Dulwich Trader Children from Reception to Year 6 were invited to enter by drawing a picture of their mothers or a woman who is special to them. Over 500 entries were submitted from 12 local schools.The judging took a full afternoon

Ms Kyprios asked her year two class to create sculptures from nature during the half term inspired by the artist Andy Goldsworthy, and artwork completed in class with Mr. Worobec(Art Teacher). Freddie in 2K worked really hard to produce some excellent and well thought out sculptures.
On Wednesday some Year 5 children produced some excellent Art work using leaves on the Lordship Lane playground. It is great to see the Autumn leaves being used for some creative artwork. Well done!!
A huge congratulations to all children who took part in the recent art competition between local schools. The competition was organised by The Dulwich Trader and was supported in school by Miss Simmons our specialist art teacher. The judging panel which included shop staff and award winning local portrait painter, Julie Bennett were blown away by the creativity, effort, talent and passion on show.
